Contact-form inquiries

When you submit the contact form, Causant receives the information you provide, which may include your name, work email, company, role or title, selected inquiry type, and the contents of your message. The submission also includes the time and the originating page when available.

We use this information to respond to demo requests, dealership or design-partner conversations, partnerships, investment or business inquiries, press requests, and other communications you initiate.

Successfully accepted submissions are delivered to Causant through a transactional email service. The website does not intentionally create a separate database record of the inquiry, and inquiry contents are not stored in the demo invitation database. The email service may process and retain delivery data as needed to provide its service.

Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing list. Causant will not add you to marketing communications unless you separately and explicitly opt in.

Analytics and advertising

The site loads Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and Leadfeeder by default unless you turn marketing tracking off. These services may receive information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, device and browser information, referring pages, and interactions with contact links.

They may use cookies or similar identifiers for measurement, attribution, advertising, session recordings and heatmaps, and identifying organizations that visit the site. Clarity masks sensitive page content by default. These tools do not provide Causant with a visitor’s name simply because the person viewed the site.

Your choices

Analytics and advertising tools are on unless you turn them off. Use the “Privacy choices” control on this site to disable or re-enable them. Browser controls may also let you delete or block cookies.

We treat an enabled Global Privacy Control signal as a direction to keep analytics and advertising tools off.
